Slovenian and Croatian Ministers Visit ISKRA Headquarters in Ljubljana

ISKRA was honoured to welcome Tone Kajzer, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia, and Gordan Grlić Radman, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia, to its headquarters in Ljubljana.

The visit brought together representatives of ISKRA, ELKA and 3. MAJ Rijeka for discussions on future development plans, investment opportunities and the potential for strengthening cooperation between Slovenia and Croatia.

A significant part of the discussions focused on ISKRA’s activities and future plans, as well as the development of 3. MAJ Rijeka and opportunities for their further growth and cooperation. Klemen Šešok, who is closely involved in the development of both ISKRA and 3. MAJ Rijeka, presented key projects, strategic plans and opportunities for future cooperation.

 

Dušan Šešok also presented a number of important projects and initiatives, contributing to the broader discussion on the Iskra Group’s development, investments and future direction.

The meeting also highlighted ELKA’s role and investments in Croatia, with Matija Šešok, President of the Management Board of ELKA, presenting the company’s significant investments, growth plans and future opportunities.

The discussions underlined the importance of continued cooperation between Slovenian and Croatian companies and institutions, particularly in areas such as industry, investment, innovation, shipbuilding, energy and technological development.

For ISKRA and its partners, the cooperation between ISKRA, 3. MAJ Rijeka and ELKA represents an important opportunity to build on existing investments, strengthen regional industrial capabilities and create new opportunities for sustainable long-term growth.

The visit was also an opportunity to exchange views on the wider economic and industrial potential of the region and to explore how stronger cross-border partnerships can contribute to competitiveness and development.
