3. Maj Shipyard is entering a new chapter as part of Iskra Group — combining decades of shipbuilding heritage with a forward-looking vision focused on innovation, industrial excellence, and long-term development.

In March 2026, Iskra Shipyard officially signed an agreement for the acquisition of 3. Maj Rijeka 1905 shipyard in Croatia. The agreement was formally signed at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Croatia, marking a significant strategic step in the further development of our industrial and shipbuilding capabilities.

This moment represents more than an acquisition.

It represents continuity.
A continuation of shipbuilding activity in Rijeka.
